Pecan Rolls
28 caramels
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 cups pecan halves
In a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, heat caramels with half-and-half and butter
over low heat until melted. Stir in confectioner's sugar and pecans.
Shape mixture into a roll 16" long. Wrap roll in buttered waxed
paper. Chill several hours.
With a sharp knife, cut roll into 1/2" slices. Store in an air-tight
container in a cool, dry place.
