                 Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (no bake)

     1/4  cup           cocoa
   2      cups          sugar
     1/4  cup           butter
     1/2  cup           sweet milk
     1/2  cup           peanut butter
   4      cups          minute oatmeal
   1      teaspoon      vanilla

Mix cocoa, suar, butter, and mik in a large saucepan.  Cook over 
medium heat, stirring constantly.  Bring to a boil, and boil for one 
minute.  Remove from heat and add the peanut butter, oatmeal and 
vanilla.  Mix and drop from spoon onto wax paper . Let set.  Store in 
airtight container in cool place.

NOTES : For a more chocolately flavor, increase the cocoa to 1/3 cup.
